How many teams will be playing? *
How many moderators are you contributing? *
Moderators must be able to read a round at a reasonable speed to keep the tournament on schedule and must be able to stay for the entire length of the tournament. The Academic Competition Club reserves the right to decide which moderators to accept.
How many scorekeepers are you contributing? *
Scorekeepers must be able to stay for the entire length of the tournament. The Academic Competition Club reserves the right to decide which moderators to accept.
How many buzzer systems are you contributing? *
Buzzer systems must have at least 8 working buzzers.
Do you plan to pay in advance of the day of the tournament? *
We can take payments by cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. Paying on the day of the tournament is preferred, but we can also accept payments in advance.
