THCRR manages volunteer river cleanup events and contracts with Litterbug Eradicators to do weekly and as needed cleanups on the Frio, Sabinal and Nueces Rivers during the peak season, as well as a preseason and post-season assessment and cleanup.

While we make every effort to stay on top of high traffic areas, we appreciate any feedback (positive or negative) and especially notices from the public about areas of concern. We keep a regular schedule for cleanup efforts in order to use our resources and time efficiently, but with notice, we can attempt to redirect efforts to areas where cleaning is needed.

Please let us know if you see any area in Uvalde County on the rivers that needs attention so that we can address it. Any and all feedback helps us to address immediate concerns, as well as plan for future efforts.
