The Your Safe Space podcast is back for 2024 and we love having your input!

We are holding the space for you to ask for advice or get anything off your mind. Think sealed section of your journal, the stuff you haven't told your besties, or are too scared to post in the group chat - Adele will keep your confession safe. We love the big sis advice here, and keeping things real - which always mean telling you what you need to hear, even if it's not what you want to hear.  

Some housekeeping before we get into it, if you submit a form, we won't reply to you, but your response may be read out on air by Adele, so please make sure you keep the details about your confession or question anonymous. We also love a juicy submission, but we draw the line at anything illegal or harmful.
