Our move out process at Swift Storage is to notify us you are moving out no less than 7 days of your billing period end date. Your billing period is the anniversary from when you moved into your storage unit each month (end date above). You will then need to clear out your items, make sure the unit is clean and send a picture of your empty storage unit to hello@swiftstorage.com.au
Please let us know when you would like to move out of your unit and our team will get in touch to make the arrangements and confirm he next steps which includes taking a photo of your cleared out, clean, empty unit and sending it to us. If you have already moved out - please send this photo to hello@swiftstorage.com.au
