ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY EMERGENCY RELIEF FUNDS
The Holbrook School District has received federal stimulus funding to provide a safe, healthy and educational return to school for SY 21-22 through SY 23-24.

As part of the budgeting process we are requesting stakeholder feedback on potential uses of these stimulus funds to ensure we provide a safe, healthy and educational return to school for all Roadrunners.

HUSD #3 will focus on a three prong approach to the budgeting process:

Safe- The number one priority will be to provide a safe environment for all students that includes physical safety, social and emotional safety, and creating an overall safe environment for all students to learn.  We ask that you provide any ideas you may have to create safe environments throughout HUSD #3.

Healthy- HUSD #3 is working to create healthy buildings which will include touch free systems like faucets toilets, paper towel dispensers, etc.  Buildings will also be equipped with NASA/FDA approved air purification systems and sanitation to reduce illness.  We ask that you provide your ideas on other means that we can utilize to provide healthy buildings throughout HUSD #3.

Educational- HUSD #3 will prioritize stimulus funding to enhance the educational environments, programs and opportunities for all Roadrunners.  Twenty (20%) of all stimulus funding must be dedicated to "learning loss" that may have occurred during the past 17 months.  We ask for your ideas for ways to increase learning opportunities for all Roadrunners during SY 21-22 through SY 23-24.
