Do you have any injuries or physical issues which may restrict dance or movement? If so, please provide any specifics you are willing to share so we may plan accordingly and avoid public discussions during rehearsals. This information will be kept confidential but may impact casting decisions. *

Please list all conflict dates, including recurring conflicts, starting 4/22/24 and any specifics (i.e. whether the conflict is flexible, if you could leave early or come late, etc.). Please be sure to list any weekend conflicts as well as there is a possibility of weekend rehearsals. Conflicts will be considered during casting, but too many conflicts may cause a person to not be cast in the show. Mandatory rehearsals begin 7/12/24. There are no conflicts accepted during tech rehearsals. *
