Because of the remote nature of camp and our busy schedule, a lot of our meals will be catered from restaurants. We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions (providing gluten-free bread for lunch, having vegetarian options, etc), but we highly recommend campers with strict dietary restrictions bring some of their own food they know they can eat. Understanding this, what situation best describes yours? *

Because we are committed to an inclusive, uplifting environment, it is imperative to understand that there are certain behaviors at camp that cannot be tolerated. These include but are not limited to excessive negativity, drug or pornography use, profanity, bullying, or any illegal activity. Campers are required to stay with their supervisor at all times. Any campers who disregard camp rules will be sent home IMMEDIATELY without a refund. In this case, if the camper did not drive themselves, a guardian will be required to come get them at any time of the day or night. Do you and your camper agree to this? *
We will do everything in our power to ensure the camp is completed without a hitch. In the very rare event that there is an emergency or if something occurs that has the potential to put the campers in danger or adversely affect them, we reserve the right to cancel camp at any time. In this case, a pro-rated amount would be refunded back through PayPal. If the camper did not drive themselves, a guardian would be required to come get them at any time of the day or night.
