American Leprosy Missions (ALM) is conducting an LRI-funded study to assess electronic data collection tools, pathways and possible HMIS integration for leprosy and LF DMDI data. If your organization is using a digital tool to collect DMDI data for LF or leprosy, would you mind participating in the survey below?  We do ask that respondents provide their name and email for follow-up questions as needed, however you have the option to remain anonymous.

* Disease Management, Disability and Inclusion (DMDI) is now the preferred term to cover all aspects of NTD case management, including disability prevention and management, which were formerly represented by terms such as POD or MMDP. ALM is interested in those using digital tools to collect data on disability and on-going aspects of patient care.
