Please login to the Family Portal to double-check the amount of your payment. Most families have only paid 1-2 installments (remaining unpaid installments were cancelled), so you might have paid less than the total balance that was initially due.

You have a few options with your payments:
1. Kept as a Credit on your Wildfolk Account for any future use (you don't need to complete this survey for that option!)-- payments were automatically turned into credits on your account!

2. Some combination of credit, refunds, & gift/donation
refunds- check
credits- on your Wildfolk account for any future use
gift/donation- back to Wildfolk for incurred operation expenses for Summer 2020 and towards financial aid camperships for Summer Virtual Camp

Please note: the $40 registration fee was a non-refundable fee

Because of the high credit card fees we've already paid in processing your initial payment, refunds will be issued by check and mailed to you. Additionally, we'll have to go through each account individually to process these, so please know that it will take time.

All refunds will be issued, at the very latest, by September 1st, 2020.
