2024-25 Middle School Learning Lodge Registration

Learning Lodge is an after-school option for students in Middle School (Grades 6-8) who need extended care for their child(ren) in a supportive environment. The program is staffed by CSS employees who are all Standard Precautions, CPR, and First Aid trained and certified. The employee must also follow the state rules and regulations and complete a background check/fingerprinting before starting work. Learning Lodge is held in the Trianon Library in an academic study-hall format. 

Days/Times Available:

  • Afternoon care is available during regular school days for 6th - 8th grade students Monday - Friday from 3:15 - 5:30 p.m.
  • Not available on early release days for special events (Carnival, etc.)

Cost:

  • $12/hour (1-hour minimum) 
  • Billed to your FACTS account

Registration;

We have a limited number of spots available and pre-registration is required.  You will be charged for your child’s attendance if you do not cancel your reservation within 24 hours.

Snacks:

Snacks will not be provided by CSS. Please pack a snack for your child if they would like an afterschool snack.

Pick up:

Please come into the Trianon library to sign out your student prior to 5:30 p.m.  Students who are picked up late will be assessed a fee.  Habitual late pick ups will result in the loss of Learning Lodge privileges.
