Cultural Wellness Center & The North Memorial Health are partnering to host community conversations to understand the community's vision, priorities and strategies for improved health & wellbeing.
As a part of this process, we will also partner within community members to achieve their best health by identifying resources and areas for investments over the next three years to support the health and recovery of people, their families and the communities they call home.
