Early Arrival Housing Request - Fall 2024
'Early Arrival' students are those that need to move in to campus prior to the official College move-in dates, due to requests by their student employment, athletics, student leadership requirements or other approved sponsored activities.  Those that are not sponsored by a department (department is paying the housing fee), will be charged $75/night for early arrivals. There is a 1-day travel grace period for early arrival without charge for those living 350+ miles away from campus.

Any incoming first-year student arriving prior to Friday, August 30, or any returning/transfer student arriving prior to Sunday, September 1 must apply and be approved for 'early arrival' - all housing will be billed either to the sponsoring department or personal student account.

Classes begin on Tuesday, September 3.

Deadline: August 1, 2024.  Submissions after deadline are subject to a $25 late-processing fee.
