Mountain CORE Mission (MCM) grew in response to the disaster wrought by Hurricane Helene in WNC and eastern Tennessee. We operate a 20k square foot warehouse that provides supplies and support to communities affected by natural disaster. Regular volunteer duties include, but are not limited to lifting, organizing, picking orders for delivery, and delivering goods to our partner organizations. Every day is a new day and the issues that our community face are ever evolving. Volunteers must be willing to dedicate a minimum of 2 hours twice a month. Those hours can be combined into one shift or split between two. We encourage accepted volunteers to dedicate more hours as available.
