Hitchin Eco Day - Booking form
Thank you for your interest in participating in Hitchin Eco Day on 15th July 2023, from 10am till 2pm, on the Market Square!

We are planning a day full of sustainability, awareness raising and eco fun. We're delighted to have you involved.

Please fill in the fields below in order to book a stall for the day or register your activity. Registration will be open till 3rd June and we will confirm details of your booking shortly after.

We will ask for donations towards the event. Depending on who you are and what you're planning to do on the day, we would suggest the following contribution:
  • Business (selling) - £20
  • Organisation (profile raising) - £10
  • Activity (talk, performance, workshop, etc.) - free!

Gazebos and tables can be supplied for a small rental fee. Please find the prices in the form below and indicate if you would like to make use of this.
