LGBTQ+ Accessible Spring Hike at Distant Hill Gardens
May 5 (Sun)

Join Richard Doherty (he, him) and Hunter Kirschner (he, they) for an LGBTQ+ community hike at the Distant Hill Nature Trail, built according to U.S. Forest Service accessibility standards. Our 2-mile route will take us along smooth gravel trails featuring gentle grades, with views of vernal pools, stone outcroppings, and a beaver-designed wetland. Service pets are welcome. Bring a snack and water, and come prepared for spring conditions, including insects. 1 to 3 p.m. at Distant Hill Gardens and Nature Trail in Alstead. Exact meeting location will be provided upon registration. For more information, contact Richard or Hunter. Co-sponsored with Distant Hill Gardens and Nature Trail.
