Lincoln’s Legacy Memorial Scholarship Application Scholarship
In honor of Lincoln Dickinson, his parents, CiJai and Jason Dickinson, along with Northern Colorado Down Syndrome Association (NCDSA), are proud to extend their son’s legacy by offering a scholarship for hippotherapy/horse therapy to an individual with Down syndrome.  The location of therapy is selected by the recipient.  NCDSA does not endorse any specific provider for this scholarship, but we can give recommendations for therapy locations if needed.    Recipient selected by the Dickinson family and will be notified by NCDSA.  Applicants must be at least 2 years of age AND not have a full-paying insurance source (ie-Medicaid HCBS waiver)
