FQ Story 2024 Holiday Market Vendor Application
The F.Q. Story Historic Home Tour & Holiday Marketplace is an annual event that draws over 2000 visitors. Vendor space is limited and applications will be reviewed weekly. We prioritize small businesses and organizations and reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion. This year's Holiday Marketplace will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 11:00am - 5:00pm

Location:
The 38th Annual F.Q. Story Holiday Marketplace will be held outdoors on West Willetta Street between 9th Avenue and 13th Avenues and will be closed to foot traffic only.
Exhibition Space:
Each space is 10' x 12' and is designated on the southside of the street. You will not be permitted to use the grass or sidewalk areas of adjacent private properties. Attractive displays are encouraged. Tables and equipment are not provided - they are your responsibility as a Vendor. Please be prepared to protect your display and goods in case of precipitation and winds. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.  All booths are strictly NO SMOKING. 
Fees:
Upon application approval, you are required to pay for your space within 48 hours. A payment link will be emailed to you. Informational or non-profit organization may request a waived or discounted fee. Any  applicable City, County or State sales taxes are the Vendor's responsibility.

Single Space: $75
Double Space: $110

Set-up & Take Down
Set-up begins at 7 am. The vehicles used to bring in items need to be unloaded & removed quickly. Volunteers will direct you to your parking spot. All vehicles must be off the street fair portion of the street by 9:30am.
Within a week of the event, you will receive a letter with space assignments, scheduled arrival times and other details; including a map, with the traffic flow pattern for set-up and the location of vendor parking. Take-down may begin at 5 p.m. on Saturday.
Food Vendors:
Food vendors will be grouped together. We will provide a visitor seating area adjacent to the food vendors, with tables, chairs & trash cans. We ask that food vendors also bring their own trash cans. No utilities are provided. Any necessary permits are your responsibility. Health inspectors make random appearances and you are responsible for meeting all applicable health codes.
