Utilizing your innate skepticism can help to bullet-proof ideas before they leave the boardroom.

The Creative Thinker - You are the person for out-of-the-box answers. You can take the idea the idealist throws out, and come up with how it could happen. Your solutions aren’t always thoroughly thought out, but they’re the board’s best bet for breaking ground on that new, outrageous idea. Your process may sometimes seem like chaos, but frequently your approach leads to differentiating yourself from the competition.

The Facilitator - You are the person who is focused on getting things done. You take the ideas that have passed the test of the realist and set about to accomplish them. Often the most organized of the group, you are ready to delegate and set tasks, action items, and next steps. You are often the person who is keeping the meetings on track and reeling the group back in when a tangent occurs.
