In July of 2020 high school-aged young people from across the Episcopal Church will gather in the Diocese of Washington (DC) at the University of Maryland for an amazing experience of worship, learning, and fellowship.  Following EYE, Province IV will host a Provincial Youth Event focused on learning and mission in the city of Washington DC.  

In 2017 EYE gathered in the Diocese of Oklahoma with 1500 youth and adults from across the entire Episcopal Church.  EYE 2020 hopes to surpass 1500 participants!  The Diocese of East Carolina invites YOU to apply and join our delegation!

• Cost  - $500-$600* - includes all registration fees and ground transportation.  Does not include all meals or incidentals. There are a limited number of scholarships for this event.  Please discuss scholarships with your home parish before requesting funds from the Diocese of East Carolina. Why the price range? **At press time exact fees for PYE are not yet certain.

• Who can register? Current 9th through 12th graders (school year 2019-2020).  PLEASE NOTE participants must be at least 15 and no older than 19 to participate at the time of the event.

• The Diocese of East Carolina has space for up to 18 young people.  The Diocese of East Carolina will ONLY be registering EYE participants through the Diocese.

• Delegation Meeting:  The Delegation representing the Diocese of East Carolina will meet AT LEAST once prior to our departure in July. This meeting date and time are TBD.

•IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION - Deadline Extended to February 26th

*Because of the nature of registration, please note that spaces are filled on a first come first serve basis. Meaning, registration for EYE/PYE could be cut off PRIOR to the above deadline listed if the event fills up. Participants will be registered upon receipt of their registrations. Participants will be notified immediately about the status of their registration.
