1. Method of Payment
Please kindly submit the full tuition fee before the start of the month. As these are group lessons, a significant amount of time has been allocated to prepare the media presentation and student projects ahead of time.
*No Credit or Refund for missed lessons by students

2. Lateness
Students must arrive on time for their lessons. Time lost due to lateness by the student will not be made up.

3. Missed Lessons
No less than 24 hours notice must be given whenever possible. Please inform the teacher of missed lessons, so the homework package can be prepared for the student. With 24hr notice, students are welcome to attend one of the other ongoing classes for a make up lesson. NO Shows = NO Make Up Lesson

4. Materials
Students are responsible for bringing their sketchbook, pencils, white eraser and colour pencils to class. Extra material fees for special projects ie. painting, sculpture, animation, special holiday projects etc., will be discussed with parents beforehand.

5. Tuition Fee
Tuition fee for the monthly commitment are as follows:
*$80/month - 60min
*$90/month - 70min (advanced)

$25/Lesson for Drop Ins

*Tuition Fee based on 4 Weeks

6. Cancellation Policy
Please provide 2-3 weeks notice for discontinuing lessons.
