MND2023 Scholarship Form
Madison Nonprofit Day offers scholarships to those who need one. Students, volunteers, small organizations, and large— if you or your organization can't afford to pay or require a discount, let us know here. Complete the brief application, which we need to create a ticket for you. You'll get a notification when we create a ticket for you. This may happen the same day but could happen a week later. First and Last Name with any Honorifics you typically use.

An email address that you routinely check. This is where the ticket will be sent to once created.
Company/Organization Name
Your place of work, who you volunteer for, or organization you represent. Can be left empty.
Scholarship or Discount *
Discounts Only
We operate on the honor system. When you select the 'Discount' option. Just bring what you can afford ($5 or more dollars) to contribute to the conference, let the table staff know that it is for a contribution to your ticket, and they will collect the funds and point you to your name tag. Otherwise, it is a standard check-in process for both scholarships and discounts.
