Star Greenhand Award -- This award goes to an individual that is in their first year of the Le Mars FFA Program, and has shown true dedication,hard work, and a bright future for the chapter throughout their first year.
Star Chapter Farmer Award -- This award goes to an individual that truly represents our FFA motto within the agricultural industry through their farming work. This member is truly a dedicated individual that is going to continue into a career field within the Ag Industry and has a dedicated SAE. Individuals that have received this award in the past include Jorden Berkenpas, Camden Schroeder, Jacob Spencer, and Ethan Lee.
Outstanding Freshman Award -- This award is similar to the Greenhand Degree, but is limited solely to Freshman within their first year in the program. This is an individual who has gone above and beyond in their dedication and commitment to the chapter, while being kind to everyone else.
Outstanding Sophomore Award -- This award is for Sophomore Members within the Ag Program at LCHS. This award goes to an individual that is always putting what is best for the chapter first, is truly dedicated to the chapter, and has continued to grow in their involvement throughout their sophomore year, and has a bright future within the program.
Outstanding Junior Award -- This award is for Junior Members within the Ag Program at LCHS. This award goes to an upperclassman that has truly stepped outside of their comfort zone to take on leadership abilities, is constantly dedicating their time to the program, goes above and beyond, is a friend to all, and will truly continue to make an impact on the chapter throughout their senior year.
Outstanding Senior Award -- This award is for a senior member who has spent their last year in the chapter truly fulfilling the motto of 'Learning to Do, Doing to Learn, Earning to Live, and Living to Serve.' This is a member that represents every pillar FFA stands for, has shown extreme dedication to the organization throughout their years, and has been a kind individual to all.
