I hope you're enjoying the end of summer / start of fall!  Here in Georgia, it still feels very much like summer (which I'm enjoying!) but we're excited about the cooler weather that is coming and the start of football season!  Another fall favorite that I'm looking forward to....and will share more about in the newsletter here...is the RETURN of Pumpkin Spice Shakeology!

September 3rd - The RETURN of Pumpkin Spice Shakeology!

Join Super Trainer Jericho in Round 2 of Morning Meltdown 100!

Amoila Cesar is a NBA & celebrity trainer who knows how to help you get the BEST results in a TOUGH workout, but keeping while keeping you healthy and mentally sharp. This workout program is going to push you HARD, but as always, there are modifications available that you can follow if needed! There are 36 different workouts (6 per week for 6 weeks), all shot in real-time. They last about 45 mins each, and I KNOW if you put in the work, you'll look and feel AMAZING after that 36th workout!  Just think...Sept 30th to Nov. 14th....how do you want to feel when Thanksgiving arrives?!

HOW TO MAKE THE BEST PUMPKIN SPICE SHAKEOLOGY!
I know this is probably a delicious drink if you just shake it up with some water or almond milk and ice, but I prefer to blend my Shakeology into a smoothie each time I have it, so I wanted to share with you my best tips for making the PERFECT Shakeo:
Ingredients:
-1 packet Vegan Pumpkin Spice Shakeology
-1/2 a banana
-1 C. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-1/4 tsp. cinnamon
-1 C. ice cubes
-1 C. spinach (optional - if you want a quick & easy serving of veggies!)

Place all the ingredients in your blender (I add them: banana, almond milk, Shakeo, cinnamon, spinach, then ice on top, personally) and blend until smooth.  Enjoy!!
