BALL BOYS AND GIRLS - Saturday 6th February, 2:00pm Kick off


- Please complete a seperate form for each child.
- Children must be 8th grade (or 8 years old) and older to participate in being a ball kid.
- Children are to be dressed in full WSAFC kit.
- If your plans change and you are unable to make it please email football@wsafc.org.nz as soon as possible.

All Children registered through this google form and participate in being a Ball Kid will go into the draw to win an official Waitakere United shirt. The winner will be drawn after the last home game.
