Researchers in the College of Health Solutions are conducting a research study to collect sensor, image, and contextual data to design and develop machine learning algorithms for human behavior, activity recognition, and emotion status analysis. Participants will be asked to keep their personal smartphones with them at all times during the study (at least 10 hours/day for 7 days), wear a study-provided wristband on their wrist, and optionally wear a small camera clipped to their clothing. Participants will also be asked to respond to questions asking what they are doing and how they are feeling on their smartphones throughout the study. Participants will also be asked to visit the test site located in ASU Health Futures Center (HFC) Room 319 every other day during the study to exchange the wearable wristbands. An alternate venue can be arranged at the ASU Tempe campus if needed. We are recruiting healthy individuals aged 18 years or older to participate in the study.
