DICKATHLON Special Edition Order Form
Orders will be taken for this limited-run special edition until it sells out. This book will not be for sale again (though the bonus chapters likely will appear somewhere in the future). Invoices will be sent as soon as possible, but must be paid by May 30, 2024 or the order will be considered null and void (please contact me if there is an issue).

​Shipping and packaging will be $8. International shipping will need to be calculated (book can be paid for first, then shipping once the amount is known). Shipments will go out in April or May depending on payments.

If you would like each book signed, please indicate that below and include any other special instructions. You may get a jockstrap if you ask nicely...
