Hometown Events, who help organise the Petersfield Community Events, have taken over the organisation of this established event and will bring back the Hometown touch of magic again in 2023 to the prestige show to celebrate the awesome South Downs National Park.

An established event, regularly attracting in the region of 7,000 visitors over the course of the weekend. With increased attractions and publicity planned for 2023 this will be the perfect opportunity to show off your produce!

The event will take place in the awesome Queen Elizabeth Country Park. A large country park situated on the South Downs. It is located on the A3 road three miles south of Petersfield, Hampshire and lies within the South Downs National Park.

The Petersfield Spring Festival is now an established event in Hampshire’s social calendar with it winning the "Best Event" award at The Petersfield Awards in both 2020 and 2022 and so we are expecting very high footfall with thousands of visitors each day. The perfect opportunity for any stall holder to have a fantastic day!

In 2023, we will be back to our usual dates over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend and the trading dates for the event will be Sunday 28th and Monday 29th May 2023.

The event takes place in Petersfield Town Centre.

With our Petersfield based events winning the "Best Event" award at The Petersfield Awards in 2020 we will be expecting another awesome festive day in the centre of Petersfield. Usually with over 100 awesome stalls, family entertainment, Father Christmas and much more. Previously described as the busiest day Petersfield has ever seen and many stalls in 2022 selling ALL of their Christmas stock on this one day event!

Continuing the new date and format, without the inclusion of the Hampshire Farmers' Market, our Petersfield Christmas Festival will now include stalls, catering and entertainment in the main Petersfield Square as well.

The event will take place in Petersfield Town Centre with the trading day on Sunday 10th December 2023.

To keep everybody as safe as possible at our events we ensure a high level of health and safety throughout the site.

We ask all of our traders to attend with appropriate safe equipment for the job involved and to regularly have any equipment checked and certified.

During the whole time you are at our event our marshals will be on-hand to help with any problems and ensure the site is safe for yourselves and our guests.

In the unfortunate event of an accident, we must ensure all of our traders have at least £2m Third Party Public Liability Insurance, to cover the worst possible outcome.

PLEASE NOTE, completing this form and applying for a space at any of our events DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY ensure you will have a space.  We also have limited stocks of gazebos, tables and lights and so these will be allocated on a first come basis and so we cannot guarantee these will still be available.

We look at all applications to ensure we have a balanced range of traders and will be in contact to let you know if you are successful in your application.  To ensure our events are as awesome as possible we reserve the right to accept or deny any application made at our discretion.
