Complete this form to request your transcript.  Payment will be made through My School Bucks. Request by completing the google form to make payment of $5 per transcript.  After payment is received an authorized official will process your transcript according to your request within 24-48 hours in the order it was received.  Transcripts to GA colleges can be sent electronically from students who have provided a social security number on file in the counseling office.  All hard copy and out of state transcripts are sealed and official.  No payment shall made in person.
