I do not take payment until I am ready to start a commission, and once a commission is started there will be no refunds.
You are buying a digital art commission from me, and are therefore paying for the production of an original piece of artwork. If the commission is fully finished, and you are unsatisfied with the finished piece, you are not eligible for a refund as the job has already been completed.
As stated previously, I shall provide in progress sketch, lines, flats, shades, and final product. Large changes are to be made during the sketch phase only. Minor changes can be made during any other stage. But saying "It's not what I expected" or "I don't like how it turned out" does not entitle you to a refund.
Please familiarize yourself with how I draw and what you should expect from the end product before applying for a commission.
As all commissions are digital only, you will not receive any sort of physical copy of your commission.
Buyers do have protections! I will always to my best to keep commissioners updated with how their commission is progressing. However, if you do not hear from me within 14 days of our last communication, or within 7 days if you choose to reach out for an update, you are entitled to a full refund and for the commission to be terminated. My stated turn around time from sketch to finish is 2 - 8 weeks.
You are also entitled to a full refund if we make a mutual agreement on a reasonable deadline and I fail to meet it. If it looks as though I am not able to meet the agreed-upon deadline due to outside circumstances, I will let you know as soon as possible.
