TIME FRAME
Art is not my full time job.  I work a 9-5 job, I have other commitments, and I may not have as much time to draw as other artists that you commission.  As such there may be delays in finishing your commission.  I will always do my best to complete your commission in 2 - 8 weeks and communicate if there will be delays.  However, if your commission is time sensitive, or you need it by a specific date, please reach out to me beforehand to see if the time frame you need is feasible.  I do not do rush orders.  The minimum time frame I will accept is 2 weeks.

DETAILS
Please make sure that your request is as clear as possible when you describe the commission.  I love hearing about minor details or character personalities as they give me a better picture of your character.  Additionally, I will only draw what you ask me to draw, so if you leave out any details I won't know to include them.  

Once I've started drawing, I will only make ONE (1) large edit that would require me to redraw an entire section of the drawing or or to redraw the entire drawing itself.  I will only make these large changes during the sketch period.  Excessive amounts of smaller changes (10+) may incur extra fees.

I do not accept text only descriptions of characters.  You must have visual references for your characters.

Some prices depend heavily upon the complexity of the character, and no two commissions may cost the same.

REFUND POLICY
I do not take payment until I am ready to start a commission, and once a commission is started there will be no refunds.

You are buying a digital art commission from me, and are therefore paying for the production of an original piece of artwork.  If the commission is fully finished, and you are unsatisfied with the finished piece, you are not eligible for a refund as the job has already been completed.

As stated previously, I shall provide in progress sketch, lines, flats, shades, and final product.  Large changes are to be made during the sketch phase only.  Minor changes can be made during any other stage.  But saying "It's not what I expected" or "I don't like how it turned out" does not entitle you to a refund.

Please familiarize yourself with how I draw and what you should expect from the end product before applying for a commission.  

As all commissions are digital only, you will not receive any sort of physical copy of your commission.

Buyers do have protections!  I will always to my best to keep commissioners updated with how their commission is progressing.  However, if you do not hear from me within 14 days of our last communication, or within 7 days if you choose to reach out for an update, you are entitled to a full refund and for the commission to be terminated.  My stated turn around time from sketch to finish is 2 - 8 weeks.

You are also entitled to a full refund if we make a mutual agreement on a reasonable deadline and I fail to meet it.  If it looks as though I am not able to meet the agreed-upon deadline due to outside circumstances, I will let you know as soon as possible.

I have the right to refuse a commission for ANY and ALL reasons and I am not obligated to explain to you why.

If I feel as though I cannot complete your commission, I will offer you a full refund.

Commissions are for PERSONAL use only. You may not use any artwork received for commercial use unless otherwise indicated before your commission is accepted.  This includes using the commission to advertise your Twitch Channel, Youtube, Merchandising, Etc. Anything that potentially makes you money is considered commercial and must be discussed up front. Professional Rates Apply and a Contract must be signed.

Only the commissioner may repost artwork to sites such as Toyhou.se, etc.

You may not edit my artwork.

NO NFTs/CRYPTO.  ABSOLUTELY NON-NEGOTIONABLE!
