Thank you for your interest in joining us for our Holiday Art Markets! Interested vendors can fill out this application and we will confirm availability. Please read through this carefully:
DEFINITIVE HOLIDAY ART MARKETS
DATES: Sundays in December 1, 8, 15, 22
TIME: 1-6pm
LOCATION: Definitive Brewing at 35 Industrial Way, Portland Maine
DETAILS:
- These are mini pop-ups featuring up to 8 vendors
- We limit vendor overlap (eg we won't have four jewelry vendors in one day)
- These will be held indoors in the production area of our brewery (no need for tents)
- No vendor fees
- Parking is available
SETUP
- Load in and set-up is between 10am-12:30pm
- Cars must be moved prior to the start of the event to save space for customers
- Please be entirely set up and ready to go by 1pm
- Vendors are allotted a 6' space unless otherwise requested
- Please bring all tables, chairs, and extension cords that you will need
- Access to electricity must be noted in the form to be guaranteed
VENDOR EXPECTATIONS
- We ask that you assist in promotion by posting on social media, especially since there is no vendor charge. We will provide a kit of promo materials for you to use. Please let us know if you would like any postcards or posters to use for promotion.

- If you do not have a social media presence please email a sample of your goods to kmatthews@definitivebrewing.com, we will not be able to approve you without examples of your work
