Olney 7s 2024 Entry Form

Please note these tournaments are for adults only. All players must have had their 18th birthday on or before 22nd June 2024. Dates of birth and identities may be checked. Playing an ineligible player will result in the whole team being disqualified from the tournament.  

The organisers reserve the right to change team entries from one tournament to another if deemed more appropriate.
