Your boss has discovered that you are training to become a yoga teacher and has asked you to prepare a 5-10 minute stress break during an upcoming conference. Using the tools you have learned so far, use asana, breath, and mindfulness to give a room full of people a break to stretch, energize, and move after hours of sitting through PowerPoint presentations.

Consider that students are in business attire, the type of room this conference might be in, the type of seating (chairs with arms, chairs on casters, tiered lecture hall,) amount of “elbow room,” environment (lighting, sound), and how to make this stress break accessible to all.  What kind of movements would feel good after sitting for a long period of time?  How can you help people refresh mentally and physically?

Write out a brief plan for your short presentation. Get creative!
