Piano Lesson Interest
This survey is for the music department to gauge parent interest in making piano lessons available to students in grades K-12 (in district or out of district) after school hours during the week.

If enough parents are interested and willing to commit their students to such a program, the music department will arrange for a piano teacher to offer piano lessons during the week after school hours.

Transportation to and compensation for the lessons would be the responsibility of the individual families. Parents would need to stay with their children during the individually scheduled lesson times.
