Instructions:  On this form, please rank your elective choices in order from 1 to 4.  Core classes (Math, Science, English, History Social Science, and Physical Education) will be scheduled for you by the counselor, based on appropriate placement per District Placement Guidelines.  

You may also let us know what application classes you will be applying for.  If you get accepted to an application class, we will replace your second choice elective with the class you were accepted into.
