Location: Australian Institute of Country Music, 28 Channon Street, Gympie.
THE SONG MUSTER is an exciting songwriting event where country, folk and Americana artists get together to collaborate on new songs.
Across 4 days of co-writing, both aspiring and established songwriters are invited to join incredible artists Jen Mize and Kelly Brouhaha, local legend Linc Phelps, Clare Quinn and Lawrence Menard from duo Those Folk, and songwriter-producer Gavin Carfoot.
THE SONG MUSTER is hosted by the Australian Institute of Country Music in the historic surrounds of Gympie’s old courthouse building.
Participants will also be invited to perform at THE SONG MUSTER - LIVE as part of the Gympie Music Muster program on Friday 23 August.
Who can apply?: THE SONG MUSTER is open to all musicians ages 12 years and over, from Gympie, surrounding areas and beyond.
How to register: Submission of a bio, and a link to a simple video or audio recording, via the registration form below Please note that numbers are limited.
Cost: Participation fee is $350.00 for 4 days of the event, which includes catering of morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for each day. Registration is for all 4 days of the event (sorry, no single day registrations).
