Emerson Channel Equipment Request Form
To increase the likelihood of equipment being available, you should be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
No equipment will be vended out if it is requested less than 24 hours in advance.

Pickup is in Ansin Room 315.

Equipment cannot be vended overnight.

Pick up and drop off times are:
Mondays: 12-2p

Tuesdays :2-4p

Thursdays: 12-2p

Fridays :10-1p
If you need equipment for a longer period of time, please contact our equipment manager at equipment@emersonchannel.org.

Equipment must be picked up and returned during equipment room hours. 

Note: Do not go to the Equipment Distribution Center (EDC) to request equipment for Emerson Channel Productions.
