Request for Class Cancellation 
Please fill in this form if you/your child cannot attend their sport activity lesson and you want to notify us of their absence and please note that you need to schedule the make class within the package validity. Package for 1 month only allows 1 Make Up Session. A termly package only allows 2 Make Up Sessions.

1 Day before the Class (or earlier)
If your request is made on the day prior to the cancelled lessons (or earlier), we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a makeup class, assuming you still have makeup class tokens available as per your package policy.

Same Day
If your request is made on the same day as the cancelled lesson (or later), you cannot use one of your makeup classes to replace this lesson. We understand that sickness and emergencies happen, but your spot in the class has been reserved for you and it cannot be re-allocated anymore.
