Student Representative Application

The CVHS Foundation has an opening for a student representative on the board. It is a non-voting position. The appointment will be for a minimum of two consecutive school years.

Applicants must be starting their Sophomore or Junior year in the Fall and may be interviewed.

Attend CVHS Foundation board meetings. (Meetings are held monthly, in the afternoon or evening).

Consult with other CVHS students to assess student attitudes and opinions on various board agenda items.

Participate in board discussions on agenda items which directly or indirectly relate to students.

Offer comments and/or opinions on various board agenda items from a student perspective.

Assist with registration and other events as necessary.

Remain in good standing academically and behaviorally. If the student rep receives any serious disciplinary action or fails to adhere to these expectations, he/she may be removed from the position.

This is a 2 year commitment
