Description: Bradley Wilkinson is a PhD candidate in the Department of Forestry and Environmental Conservation at Clemson University. Bradley will be discussing his PhD research titled, "Pelican paths: Seabird tracking in the South Atlantic Bight". This presentation will cover some of the results obtained from GPS tracking 75 adult brown pelicans in the southeastern United States over the past four years. Join these pelicans on the flights they take throughout the year, from Chesapeake Bay to Cuba, and learn of some of the threats facing this iconic seabird both locally and abroad.
