If you would like funding to help you share the resources - you can apply through this stage of the Long Covid Community Grants Programme - we can help with things like printing costs and staff time.
This stage is open to not for profit, third sector, voluntary or community groups who:

- Are based in Sheffield

- Have a bank / building society account in the name of the group

Guidelines:

*  The maximum amount will be £500

*  The timeline for the delivery of the resources will be during March-April 2024

*  You will be required to send us 2 photos that demonstrate your delivery (with consent for public use)

*  You will be required to fill in a monitoring form at the end of your delivery period

Applications will be considered which will generate the most coverage, both in geographical area and in numbers of people reached.

The deadline for this application is the 18th March for delivery throughout April.
