1.        All fees are non-refundable and non transferable. There are no make up classes and no prorated fees of missed classes.

2.        The  Winter- Spring session 2023 is paid monthly. (4 months) Payment is due on the 10th of each month. First payment includes first and last month (September and December). In the case of cancellation from the client, last months payment will not be refundable.

3.        The registration fee is $40 , which is a  non-refundable payment that reserves a spot in the studio and goes towards the purchase of equipment for the participant's rehearsals and performances in Fall/Winter term. Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance. Your space will only be reserved once payment has been received.

4.        In case of a missed class (no notice) that class cannot be made up at a different time.

I, as named above, hereby release Spoon of sugar Calgary from all claims, demands, and causes of action as a result of my participation or enrolment in contemporary dance classes in Calgary Alberta. I willingly participate in Spoon of Sugar Calgary adults dance classes at my own risk; I assume all risks involved, including but not limited to illness, disease, all lost or stolen property, cost, claim, injury, damage, or liability sustained while participating.

I recognize that these photos and videos will be used for promotional and educational purposes as well as a Spoon of sugar portfolio. I give my full permission by agreeing below.
