Describe the designated parking area for vehicles for the hands on portion (for example, firehouse bays as in example below, or an adjacent parking lot). If the workshop takes place in winter, the area should be indoors.

If the prefered location is outdoors, what is the backup plan in case of inclement weather? In the example below, it was a loading dock area at the host site. A covered parking area or inside a firestation works well.
