Hello! I am looking to compile anonymous reviews of various institutions/programs to allow for the next generation of disabled students to make a more well-informed decision about selection of a school. This is something I would have greatly appreciated as I navigate academia and others on Twitter have expressed interest. I am looking to compile both positive and negative experiences.

After I obtain the results from this review form, I will make a public google spreadsheet so others can look at the results.
