Confirmation II Retreat Sign up
We have 2 options for our Confirmation II retreat this year - December 4th at Miramar Retreat Center in Duxbury and February 12th at St. Joseph's in Kingston.  Please sign up for your desired date.  Each retreat will be capped at 45 students, so please sign up early if you want to guarantee a specific date.  

* The December 4th Retreat is now full.  Please sign up for the retreat on Feb 12th.  If you would like to add your name to the waitlist for Feb 12th, please email Matt at mbensman@holyfamilyduxbury.org

Both Retreats will begin at 9:00 am and the students will be dropped off directly at the retreat site, either Miramar in Duxbury or St. Joseph's in Kingston and the students will return by bus to Holy Family to be picked up at 6:00pm after the 5 pm Mass.  Mass is a required part of the retreat and in many ways, is the culmination of the entire day, and is very important for the students to attend.  Families are also invited to join us for the 5 pm Mass at Holy Family.

Permission and Release of Liability *
I give permission for my child to participate in all Holy Family Parish Confirmation Retreat Activities. I hereby delegate authority and grant consent in advance for any specific diagnosis or treatment to Holy Family Church and a doctor/hospital/clinic to exercise best judgment as to the necessary medical treatment for my child in the case of an emergency. I voluntarily agree to release, indemnify the Archdiocese of Boston/ Holy Family Church and its owners, employees and volunteers, from any and all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage, death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my child's participation.
