Are you interested in learning more about becoming a Kitchen Manager Apprentice? About Kitchen Manager Apprenticeship: This one and a half year apprenticeship focuses on those who have the passion to become leaders in Back of the House (BOH). The candidates will have to master many relevant competencies during their on-the-job learning, including staff management, special dietary needs, how to handle customer complaint, and production and labor costs. The related training instruction for Kitchen Manager includes 264 hours - which can be accomplished through community partners, the hiring restaurant, or virtually through the National Restaurant Association. Kitchen Manager apprentices are between 18-24.
