D-Town Farm Shared Safety Guidelines
In order to gather safely, we ask that you agree to our shared practices outlined in this document. By signing this document, you agree to adhere to the entirety of the D-Town Farm COVID 19 Protocol Manual, which you can view here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZxKMYYOV134WUlvWZdiL_Z_dhr7CZEpo/view?ts=605e188f.

As volunteers and visitors to the farm, we ask that you:

Read our Shared Safety Guidelines and sign this Google Form prior to your first visit of the season.

Wear a mask, and any other protective gear that helps you feel safe.

Maintain a distance of at least six feet from other people whenever possible.

Please respect staff if you are asked to relocate to another area in order to maintain allowed occupancy. Outdoor growing spaces are limited to 10 people, Rolling Thunder is limited to 6, and USDA and Will Allen are limited to 4.

Wipe shared locks, tools, and other surfaces with anti-viral wipes.

Self-monitor for COVID by completing our COVID Pre-Screening Questionnaire within 48 hours of each visit.

Register online using our Eventbrite link prior to each visit. This allows us to keep safe numbers at the farm and have contact info on file in the unfortunate case we need to conduct contact tracing.

Contact the Volunteer Coordinator or Farm Manager if you test positive for COVID within 14 days of a visit to the farm.

As a farm, we will:

Provide ample protective gear in the form of masks and gloves.

Provide easy access to hand sanitizer, hand washing stations, and anti-viral wipes.

Conduct contact tracing in the unfortunate event that someone who was on site at the farm during your visit notifies us of a positive COVID test.
