PWN Copenhagen's core offering to our network is events. In order to ensure high quality events relevant for our network we review all proposals on a quarterly basis. Your proposal will be evaluated based on the relevance of the topic to our Membership, Impact, and Partnership strategies. This means your topic should contribute to one or more of the following areas:
- Provide inspiration and information on a professional topic, industry, leadership, gender balance, and/or working in Denmark
- Teach key skills to succeed as a professional in various contexts in Denmark or in the global workforce
- Encourage network engagement and collaboration for experienced professionals
PWN Copenhagen is a Danish non-profit focused on enabling personal and professional growth in the Danish work environment. This means that we intentionally do not host events that are affiliated with or run by groups or parties of a political or biased nature, unless it's a discussion on different representations of politics and bias on the professional context of gender in the Danish workplace. If in doubt, we will err on the side of caution and will politely decline hoping our members will be exposed to those topics, if relevant, in another forum.
Our goal is to support professional growth and have impact on the balance of gender representation and leadership in business, politics, and society. We do this by providing events to support professionals gaining skills and a network so they are better able to have the impact they choose in these areas.
