The cost to participate is $50 per team. Cost includes entry fee plus 2 free Swan Beers per team. All monies collected for entrant fees will be used to pay out for prizes. For example: if we get 20 entrants, 1st place gets $500, 2nd place gets $300, 3rd place gets $200. Only the top 3 teams will earn prize money. The first place team will win the inaugural "Great Swan Chili Cook Off" Trophy. Once your team has been verified, we will email you a link for you to pay for your entrance fee.

The contest is open to Professionals and Amateurs. Judging is People's Choice: Customers will get tickets to use to vote for their favorite Chili(s). Bonus votes will be given to Chilis that use Swan Brewing Beers in the recipe. You may provide toppings or condiments for your customers. We suggest bringing at least 3 gallons of Chili (We recommend bringing more: if you run out of chili, you run out of votes.) Trailers are NOT permitted, we just do not have the space. Load in time is 10am, load out time is 5pm.Parking is off site, but you may pull in close to your spot to unload. Please use the approved containers for trash disposal. There is no dumping of any waste on the ground. Electricity is limited. If you need electricity, you may bring a small quiet generator unit.There are a couple of water spigots on site, but you are encouraged to bring what you need or at least a container to store water at your tent. Constant water hook ups are not available. *** Note, you cannot bring your own beer due to our alcohol license restrictions (i.e. no tailgating... sorry ☹️) ***

Space is limited to a 10'x10' area. You must bring a tent, tent weights, serving utensils, tables, and any literature or advertisement you'd like. All food must be served at Food Safe temperatures. If you are cooking or reheating on site, you must bring an ABC rated fire extinguisher.
