Midsummer Scream presents Awaken the Spirits! August 14 & 15, 2021 at the Pasadena Convention Center.

***As of June 25 the showfloor is largely sold out. We are reserving any open spots for haunter themed products (props, sets, animatronics, makeup), haunted attraction promotion, and original/unique Halloween specific products and services.
We are maxed out on apparel, t-shirts, pins/stickers/patches, bath products, makeup, and other classifactions. But when in doubt, apply!***
Note that Awaken the Spirits! is a highly curated pop-up market -- not all exhibitors will be invited or accepted. In order to ensure a wide variety of products for guests, there are limited spots available for many categories of items, including t-shirts, apparel, enamel pins, and other items.
For best chance of inclusion, include direct link to unique products. Special consideration given to props, set pieces, make-up, and other items for home and professional haunters or to make your home extra spooky year-round.
IMPORTANT NOTES TO CONSIDER:
--As a "pop-up" style event, exhibitors must provide their own tables, chairs, etc. - none of these items will be available at the venue.
--Exhibitor set-up for Awaken the Spirits! will be on Friday, August 13, 2021. No exceptions will be made.
--Exhibitors will receive two weekend passes for working staff per booth/table. Additional passes will be made available for purchase.
Event hours (tentative):
Saturday, August 14: 10am-7pm
Sunday, August 15: 10am-6pm
Rates:
Table Spot: $330
10x10 Spots: $550
10x10 Spot w/ corner (two open sides): $825 -- VERY LIMITED.
If accepted, we will follow up with an email and invoice -- invoices for spaces must be paid within 48 hours to hold your spot.
