(Please only sign up if you truly cannot leave your residence, not because you don't want to, all of our volunteers are possibly putting themselves at risk by shopping, so we ask only at risk members of our community use this service).

Please note that you are responsible for paying for these supplies, and should have payment ready when they deliver.   I highly suggest discussing payment method with the individual who is helping you before doing anything, as well as discussing your budget with them so that they don't spend more than you can afford.
